1. Scope & controller

This Privacy Policy applies to wyohost.com and the services Wyohost LLC ("Wyohost," "we") provides through it. The data controller is Wyohost LLC, 535 Ave B, Powell, WY 82435, USA.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

• Contact form: name, email, optional company, optional website URL, the topic you select, and the message you type.
• Booking (Cal.com): your name, email, the time you select, and any answers to the booking questions. Cal.com collects this on our behalf as data processor.
• Phone or email: whatever you choose to share.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp, referrer. Used for security and debugging.
• Cookies: see section 5.

3. How we use it

We use what you give us to:

• respond to your inquiry, schedule the call you requested, and follow up;
• provide and maintain any service you have engaged us for;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• send service-related messages (delivery, billing, security); and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site or fulfill your request, and only as needed:

• Cal.com — processes your booking and calendar data.
• n8n / our automation host — receives form submissions for routing to Doug’s inbox.
• Hostinger / Cloudflare — serves the Site, provides CDN, DDoS protection, SSL.
• Google Fonts — serves typography (no personal data, but your browser does request the fonts from Google).
• Email provider (e.g., Sender.net, Resend) — transactional and reply email.
• Stripe — if and when you purchase a paid service.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: session identifiers required to load the booking widget and submit the form. No analytics value.
• Cal.com: the booking widget sets its own cookies on the cal.com domain.

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and offer a clear opt-out.

6. Retention

We keep contact and booking submissions for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are typically retained for 30–90 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 7).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• request portability of your data; or
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data — HTTPS everywhere, access controls on our admin tooling, encrypted backups, and least-privilege for our service integrations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Wyohost is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
